Shipping policy

General

• Each PACHA order is prepared with care and intention. Once placed, your order will be shipped during our next shipping cycle, we ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We do not ship on weekends.


• Once your package leaves our studio, it begins its journey to you. While we’re not responsible for any delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events, we’ll always do our best to assist if any issues arise. Please reach out to us at hello.pachaworld@gmail.com for support.


• Prices listed on our website do not include shipping fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply depending on your destination.

Shipping Process

• PACHA ships internationally via FedEx or DHL, depending on your region. International delivery usually takes 3–14 business days, though timing may vary depending on customs processing and local conditions.


• Please note that customs duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in your order total. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid upon delivery. PACHA is not responsible for any costs related to customs clearance or import charges.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

Made to Order

Made-to-order pieces are created with time, care, and intention. Each one is crafted especially for you and will be shipped approximately 5 – 6 weeks after your order is placed. This timeline is an estimate, we may ship earlier if your piece is completed sooner.

Your card will be charged at the time of placing the pre-order.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items,

- In-stock items: Shipped first using standard shipping methods.

- Pre-order items: Shipped as soon as they are completed.
